Q-Bit Wellness Pharmacy Service Notifications

1. SMS Program

If you opt in, Q-Bit Wellness Pharmacy may send informational text messages concerning prescription readiness, refill coordination, pharmacy account status, delivery scheduling and updates, appointments and vaccinations, and customer care follow-up. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. This program is not for marketing; any future promotional campaign would require separate review and consent where applicable.

2. Consent and Opt-Out

You agree to receive text messages from Q-Bit Wellness Pharmacy at the mobile number you provide when you affirmatively opt in through an offered consent method. Consent to texting is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact the pharmacy at 650-206-9343 or info@qbitwellness.com. We honor opt-out requests and do not send further program messages except as permitted to confirm your request.

3. Privacy and Security

Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Authorized service providers may process messaging information only to deliver contracted services under appropriate safeguards. Ordinary carrier SMS may not adequately protect detailed health information. Do not send diagnoses, medication lists, insurance identifiers, or prescription photos through ordinary SMS. 4. Messaging Availability

Delivery and timing of messages may be affected by mobile carriers, devices, and network conditions. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
